What is spiritual energy?

Spiritual energy is the energy that an apparition, ghost, poltergeist uses to perform. Perform meaning to make the spirit visible, to move an object, to make physical contact, noise etc. It also is believed that spiritual energy is the spirit itself just in the form of a white misty vapor.
