What's the difference between psychic and scientific investigating?

Psychic investigating deals with individuals who claim to be in touch with the dead state and the living state. With that they can sense the paranormal phenomena and even claim to communicate with it. Scientific investigating deals with more instrumentation and documentation. Meaning we use our instruments to collect data and document that data. We then use that data to evaluate the situation and deliver proper execution of the investigation.

Even though we use our tools to collect data and investigate the situation, on occasion we use psychics in our investigation as well. As this is a "new" science, we do not have all of the answers. We do not presume to judge psychics and psychic abilities, and can use them to our benefit, such as helping us to find places to take our readings, or helping us to remove negative energies from locations, where and when it is appropriate.
